Master Planning & Urban Design
Nothing is more essential than a visionary and strategic starting point that offers clarity while anticipating all the messy nuance that makes your development possible. Master plans give birth to an idea and, if done well, ensure long term success. They must integrate a wide range of requirements from cultural to economic… from the mundane to the exciting… and from initial leasing success to long term growth and inevitable change in the marketplace. A master plan with really good “bones” is a wondrous thing.
